Sing Praises to the King - 2 Chronicles 23

See 2 Chronicles 23.

v13

And she looked, and, behold, the king stood at his pillar at the entering in, and the princes and the trumpets by the king:
and all the people of the land rejoiced,
and sounded with trumpets,
also the singers with instruments of musick,
and such as taught to sing praise.
Then Athaliah rent her clothes, and said, Treason, Treason.
If an important person visited us, wouldn't we get excited about him?

Isn't Jesus an important person? He's the most important of all. He's the King of all.

We have a King to rejoice about. We should make music for Jesus. We should desire to sing and praise the Lord from our hearts.
