mind not high things

Romans 12

v3

For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think [of himself] more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

This makes me think about how we shouldn't go around considering ourselves to be some great people that we really aren't. We shouldn't imagine that we have great positions, great righteousness, or abilities, above other people. We should be humble, and acknowledge who we really are before the Lord, and live for Him in the situation that we really have today.
