And [one] told Jacob, and said, Behold, thy son Joseph cometh unto thee: and Israel strengthened himself, and sat upon the bed.
I saw that even if we're weary and tired, we should strengthen ourselves to do what the Lord wants us to do, and bless other people.
Application
When I'm tempted to be lazy because I'm tired, I'll wake myself up and work hard, anyway, on the work that the Lord wants me to do.
