O LORD our Lord, how excellent [is] thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens. We should praise the Lord out loud like this.
If you confess the Lord Jesus with your mouth,
and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead,
you will be saved. Explain more »
O LORD our Lord, how excellent [is] thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens. We should praise the Lord out loud like this.
Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. What is your heart's desire? What is your prayer to God for people?
Here's what it should be: "that they might be saved".
And Aaron shall burn thereon sweet incense every morning: when he dresseth the lamps, he shall burn incense upon it.Incense makes me think of prayer. We should pray every morning.
And thou shalt slay the ram, and thou shalt take his blood, and sprinkle [it] round about upon the altar. This chapter talks a lot about blood. Jesus was our sacrifice, and it's important to remember how He died for us.
And thou shalt make a plate [of] pure gold, and grave upon it, [like] the engravings of a signet, HOLINESS TO THE LORD.We should be holy, set apart from sin, and separate to the Lord.
And thou shalt command the children of Israel,It says, "...bring thee pure oil olive...".
that they bring thee pure oil olive beaten for the light,
to cause the lamp to burn always.
The thoughts, words, and deeds we bring the Lord should be pure.
The five curtains shall be coupled together one to another; and [other] five curtains [shall be] coupled one to another.Whether the parts of the tent were attached, coupled, in sockets, in rings, covering, loops taking hold, or in whatever way, everything seemed really "together."
The tent is a picture of the Lord's people. We should take opportunities to fellowship with each other.
