And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, [that] I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land.
This says, ...I will cut off the names of the idols...
Idols can be things we waste our time on when the Lord wants us to be doing something else. For example, surfing the Internet, using Facebook, or playing computer games. They could even be good things to do, but the wrong time to do them.
I have some things I really need to get done in the next few days, so I decided to postpone several other regular activities until afterward.
