Genesis 50 - Key

v21

Now therefore fear ye not: I will nourish you, and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spake kindly unto them.

The main thing that stuck out to me in this chapter was how Joseph forgave his brothers. They had really done some bad things to him, but he didn't take revenge or do anything bad back to them. This is a great picture of the kind of forgiveness Christ had for us, and that's the kind of forgiveness we should have for other people.

Application

It says he spake kindly unto them. That's a real way to show forgiveness. If my family members do something bad to me, I'll express forgiveness to them by speaking kindly to them anyway.
