Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD [are] upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth; saving that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith the LORD.
The Lord has warnings of judgment in Amos 9, but He also has great promises of blessing for His people. We need to be on the Lord's side, to escape the judgment of sin and enjoy the blessings of His promises.
