Genesis 30 - Outline

Rachel gave her servant Bilhah to be Jacob's wife, so Bilhah's two sons Dan and Naphtali were counted to Rachel
Leah gave her servant Zilpah to be Jacob's wife so Zilpah's two sons Gad and Asher were counted to Leah
Leah bought Jacob from Rachel for a night for her son Reuben's mandrakes, and then she had Issachar, Zebulun, and Dinah
the Lord remembered and heard Rachel, and gave her Joseph
Laban wanted Jacob to stay, so Jacob made a deal with him for the livestock with markings
Laban kept back the livestock he promised to Jacob so Jacob's couldn't leave without leaving them
Jacob used striped wooden rods to breed the stronger livestock to be the livestock that had markings
